Litvalya Coin provides a decentralized platform for the acquisition, management, and transfer of digital assets. The Platform facilitates the initial distribution of Litvalya Coin (LIT) in exchange for Ethereum (ETH). Litvalya Coin does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All transactions are executed automatically via smart contracts or database records as described on the Platform.


5. RISK DISCLOSURE

Cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies involve significant risks. The value of Litvalya Coin may be highly volatile and could decrease to zero. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose. The Platform is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur. Past performance is not indicative of future results.


6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.
  • Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Platform.
  • Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are the property of Litvalya Coin or their respective owners. You are not permitted to use these marks without the prior written consent of Litvalya Coin or such third party which may own the mark.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Litvalya Coin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.


9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Litvalya Coin is established, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
